The Hot Rod Series crankning rods feature our new carbon-glass blanks. Utilizing "Integrated Carbon Glass Technology", these new blanks take advantage of the power and profile of carbon fiber (graphite) and the flexibility and feel of fiberglass (e-glass). The small diameter butt section is designed to complement the latest modern low profile reels but the flexable e-glass tip will strip the line off your reel in the blink of an eye. Our goal with carbon-glass.....develop the ultimate baitcasting rod for throwing those big crankbaits. These blanks are built specifically to our specifications here in the USA by Lamiglas Inc., Woodland, Washington.

The Hot Rod Series crank'in rods are available in medium/heavy and heavy actions from 7'0" up to 8'0". We will be adding an extra heavy version in the very near future. We are also planning on making the medium/heavy and heavy action Hot Rods available in lengths from 6'0" to 7'0" within the next few months. Each rod will be custom cut to the length you specify. You will have the choice of cork or EVA foam grips and you chose the length and style that suites you. Want a 7' 2 1/2" rod? say so and we will build it, just go to the store and select "Custom Hot Rod"

The 7' Hot Rods are $169.99 and anything over 7' up to and including 8' 0" will be $179.99.

REVERSE WRAP TECHNOLOGY
Custom Angle Rods begins with a highly sensitive graphite rod blank. Add to that the unique Reverse Wrap and you have one of the most sensitive fishing tools on the market today. The Reverse Wrap essentially places the guides in such a manner to bring the line from the top of the rod to the bottom, much the same as with spinning rods.

The Reverse Wrap effectively reduces the dampening effect which the guides on a conventionally wrapped rod will produce. This causes more vibrations to reach the rod blank at the reel seat where your hands will be able to detect even the most subtle bite.
